We also offer routine maintenance contracts, which we call our PCMA Agreements (Preferred Customer Maintenance Agreement). Through this contract, you get two visits per year (one in the spring and one in the fall) and any repairs you may need during the duration of the PCMA contract will be done at a discounted price. We also offer flat-rate pricing on all of our repairs so that you know how much it is going to cost before we begin any work.
